Dean Savage Fundraiser for the HOPE Foundation

Louise, Marcia, Ciara, Peter, Ruairi, Dean and Rikki spin for the HOPE Foundation.

Traffic came to a stop in Youghal on Saturday last when members of South Coast Tri Club donned their cycling gear, erected stationary Turbo Trainers outside the Post Office, and hung bright Orange balloons, the colour of HOPE Foundation, which attracted great attention from motorists and pedestrians alike.
From 11am to 2pm the cyclists each undertook a 30 minute, non-stop spin to help raise funds for their Club member, Dean Savage, who is travelling with HOPE to Calcutta on the 6 April next to help with the poverty stricken children in the sum areas there.
Students from Pobalscoil na Tríonóide came along to help with the bucket donations and the generosity of the people once again was overwhelming.
