An attempt to break the official Guinness World Darts Record over a period of 12 hours continuous play by a team of eight players will be held in JD’s Bar on Friday, 4 January from 11am to 11pm. The attempt will be decided by the most points scored on a dartboard in that time.
The event will be held as a fundraiser for Marymount Hospice, and there will be a Raffle with many super prizes generously donated by local businesses, for which sincere thanks are extended. Finger food will be served on the night with music by D J Martin to entertain all those who come along for this special Guinness Record attempt.
There will also be an Auction for signed Shirts of Professional Dart players, including 16 time World Champion, Phil Taylor.
Those wishing to donate to help raise funds for Marymount can contact any member of JD's dart team, or call into the bar.
Your support in any way would be very much appreciated.
