4 egg whites, 2 scoops Toffee Apple & Cinnamon Herbalife Formula 1, dessert spoon of organic porridge. We love cinnamon so we add a little extra. Blend all together! If you don't have toffee apple & cinnamon, use vanilla formula 1 instead and add half a teaspoon of cinnamon.
Serve with Greek yogurt and berries. Yummy!
