Midleton Cope Foundation held a bag pack in Tesco, Market Green last Saturday, 17 November. All proceeds from the bag pack, together with other fundraising events held over the last couple of years, are going towards the purchase of a people carrier vehicle for clients of the Centre. A rotation of both staff and clients took place over the day from 11am to 4pm  Speaking with Jay Nixon (Care Staff member at the Cope Foundation Midleton), he said, “We need to raise around €35,000 for the new vehicle and we’re almost there. We did very well on Saturday and had a great day. We’d like to thank everybody for their continuing support in our fundraising efforts.”

On Thursday, 13 December, the Centre will be holding their Christmas Sale of Work / Coffee Morning from 11am – 1pm.   A huge variety of arts and crafts, homemade wreaths, Christmas ornaments, cakes, treats, teas and coffees will be available to purchase and enjoy.
